Martha Louise Rose Ramage-Collins, 80, went to her “heavenly home” on Thursday April 24th, 2025 from River Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born on December 6, 1944, Martha was the eldest of three siblings. Martha was a graduate of the Lone Oak High School Class of 1963. She was well known as owner of “Create and Decorate” interior decorating. Martha was as a devout Christian and was an active member of Oaklawn Baptist Church. Martha treasured her friendships, and her love of family was unwavering.
Surviving is her husband of 12 years, Ray Collins, two sons Randall Todd Ramage of Paducah, KY and Matthew Lewis Ramage (Tracy) of Paducah, KY. One grandson, Ramsey Randall Ramage of Paducah, KY. Two sisters Sue Payton (Roy) of Calera, AL and Jean Perry of Calera, AL and several nieces and nephews. Martha is also survived by two stepdaughters Rachael Spann of Paducah, KY and Michelle Ivey (Jimmy) of Paducah, KY as well as five step grandchildren, Chloe Spann of Lake, St. Louis, MO, Lilly Spann of Brookville, NY, Ethan Standridge of Paducah, KY, Haddon Ivey of Paducah, KY and Hadlee Ivey of Paducah, KY.
Martha was predeceased by her first husband Randall Willis Ramage and her parents William Martin Rose and Crystal Viniard Rose.
Friends may call during visitation at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, 120 Memorial Drive, Paducah, KY 42001 from 5pm - 7pm on Friday, May 2nd, 2025.
Services will be held at 11:00am Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 at Milner and Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, 120 Memorial Drive, Paducah, KY 42001 with burial to follow in Mount Kenton Cemetery on Lone Oak Road.
