Lesia Wells, 68, a lifelong resident of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 5, in Nashville, Tennessee, surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of John Wells and cherished stepmother to his daughters, Amy Henson (husband Ronnie) and Laura Aello (husband Ben). Lesia dedicated 32 years of her life to serving others as a respiratory therapist, a role in which her compassion and commitment touched countless lives. In her later years, she continued to demonstrate that same devotion at home, standing faithfully by John's side and offering constant care, love, and support through life’s challenges. She found immense joy in being Grandma to her four grandsons-Cristian, Lucas, Mateo, and Nicolas Aello-who brought light to her life. Her days were also brightened by the companionship of her beloved dogs, Lottie and Lilly, and playing poker with her brother Lucky Noles and many dear friends.
Lesia will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her warmth, humor, and unwavering love left a lasting mark on every heart she touched. The family sincerely thanks you for your prayers, kind messages, and the love you’ve shown during this time. Your support means more than words can express.
Memorial services will be at 1:00 PM Friday, August 15, 2025, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
