LaDeana Vanessa Burnett, 31, of Bardwell, Kentucky, made her glorious entrance into Heaven’s celebration on Friday, February 17, 2023.
LaDeana was born on April 5, 1991 to Wayne and Terry Massingale in Ft. Smith, Arkansas. She was quick-witted and had a unique sense of humor. Her thoughtfulness and kindness created many unexpected friendships. Her childhood prayer for a Christian companion was answered when she married Larkin Wade Burnett on April 16, 2011. LaDeana faced many obstacles in their years of marriage, but her trust in God remained steadfast. Through faith, LaDeana was healed of cancer, obtained the promise of children, and was raised to life again. Her loyalty and devotion to God, her husband, and her children never wavered. We will never know how many lives LaDeana’s testimony has and will continue to impact. She will always be loved and forever missed.
LaDeana is survived by her husband, Larkin Wade Burnett; five children, Lakelyn, Landrie, Lanessa, Lauren, and Layah; her parents, Wayne and Terry Massingale; her sister, and children, Alisha, Lily, and Nick Massingale; her sister-in-law, and nephew, Dena and Daly Massingale; her grandmother, Linda Kay Wilson; two uncles, Roger (Janell) Wilson and Jimmy Wilson; loving in-laws and many nephews and nieces, other relatives, and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Dustin Massingale; her grandfather, Jerry Glen Wilson; and great grandmother, Vera Frel.
