Kingston Beckett Wilson, age 17, of Paducah, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, March 9, 2025.

A senior at McCracken County High School, Kingston's academic journey was marked by excellence and promise, as evidenced by his admission to the Mahurin Honors College at Western Kentucky University.  His ultimate goal was to become a neurosurgeon.

His dedication to the field of health sciences shone brightly when Kingston emerged as a Health Occupations Students of America regional winner and distinguished himself as a national competitor in the Pathophysiology category. Beyond the classroom, he demonstrated courage and zeal as a fearless snowboarder, navigating the snowy slopes with the same determination he applied to every endeavor.

Kingston was also known for his commitment to his jobs at Five Below, Best Buy, and as a lifeguard during the summer months, balancing work with his dedication to friends as a trusted and loyal member of the "Getalong Gang." Those privileged to be in his circle will forever remember him as fun-loving, positive, and devoted.  When things weren’t going Kingston’s way, or when he was just having a bad day in general, he always knew how to turn it around and find the positive side of things.  He was the spark that lit up every room he walked in, the life of the party, and the guy who knew how to make any and every situation an absolute blast.

In his selfless acts of generosity, Kingston frequently donated blood, embodying the very essence of community service and compassion. His departure leaves an indelible mark on hearts, as Kingston Wilson’s life will continue to inspire those who cherish his memory.  He was the definition of a life well lived.

Kingston is survived by his mother, Ashley Renee' Wilson (Shane Goacher) of Paducah; his father, Christopher James Wilson of Eddyville; one sister, Moiya Kathleen Eagan of Louisville, Kentucky; one brother, Jacob Shane Goacher of Paducah; maternal grandparents, Andrea Jane Ewald (Richard Mark Ewald) and Michael Albert Burns (Julie Burns); paternal grandparents, Kenny Wilson (Christina) and Janet Jackson; great-grandfather, Edward West; one aunt, Meredythe Harper (Aaron); two uncles, Ben Wilson and Kenny Wilson, Jr.; and several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
