Kevin L. Tucker, 53, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah, Kentucky.
Kevin was born on September 6, 1971, to the late Kenny and Judy Hannon Tucker in Paducah, Kentucky.
A proud 1994 graduate of the University of Kentucky Forestry Program, Kevin dedicated his career to the conservation of wildlife and natural resources. He began his professional journey with the Forestry Department, serving from 1994 to 1997. His commitment to the environment continued as he became a respected Private Lands Biologist with the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources until his retirement.
Kevin's life was a reflection of his Methodist faith and his love for the outdoors. An avid hunter, fisherman, and barbeque enthusiast, he also found joy in cheering for the University of Kentucky's basketball and football teams. Kevin's legacy will live on in the green forests and abundant wildlife he worked so tirelessly to protect.
Kevin is survived by two sons, Owen Wade Tucker and Hudson Clay Tucker, and their mother Erin Tucker all of Paducah
A memorial visitation will be held from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Paducah.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
