Jimmy Whitlow

James “Jimmy” Whitlow, age 56, of Arlington, passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at his home.
 
Jimmy was born in Clinton, Kentucky on January 29, 1967, to Edith Flegle Whitlow and the late James Elmo Whitlow.  He was a member of Arlington First Baptist Church.  Jimmy worked for many years as a Loader Driver at Owen’s Sawmill in Arlington.  He loved to spend his free time hunting, fishing, or cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.  Jimmy was known to always be willing to lend a helping hand to those around him.
 
Jimmy is survived by his mother, Edith Whitlow of Arlington; his sister, Nancy (Ted) Koenig of Wingo, Kentucky; two nieces, Jennifer (Chad) Lee of Fancy Farm, and Brittany (Jason) Wisniewski of Kenton, Tennessee; and his great-nieces and nephews, Conner Lee, Keaton Lee, Landon Lee, Chloe Wisniewski, Ava Wisniewski and Finlee Wisniewski.
 
He was preceded in death by his father, James Elmo Whitlow.     
 
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, September 29, 2023, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington with Bro. David Sphinx officiating.  Burial will follow at Arlington City Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service time of 1:00 pm at the funeral home.
