Janice Ann Litchfield, 59, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 8:08 a.m. March 20, 2026, at Fulton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born on February 10, 1967, in Peoria, Illinois. Janice was a member of Owens Chapel United Methodist Church and was a retired sales clerk for Sears.
She is survived by her daughter, Hillary Riley of Paducah, Kentucky; grandson, Johnathan Samuel Wayne; and mother, Rhonda Jayne Zeltner Riley of Bardwell, Kentucky.
Janice was preceded in death by her father, Clifford Wayne Riley, and her brother, Matthew Wayne Riley.
There will be no services or visitation at this time.
