Imajo Ritchie, 72, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center.
Imajo was born on July 31, 1952, in Paducah, Kentucky, to the late Pete and Clara Millay Floyd.
A proud homemaker, Imajo's life was a testament to her unwavering commitment to her family, a role she embraced with every fiber of her being. Her hands were rarely at rest, for they were often busy creating unforgettable meals and memories in the kitchen. Cooking was far more than a hobby for Imajo; it was an expression of love.
Imajo's passions stretched beyond cooking. Her joy was found in the time she invested in her great-grandchildren. Each moment spent with them was a cherished gift.
Imajo is survived by a granddaughter, Taylor Howard of Paducah, a grandson, Isaac Howard of Paducah; three great-grandchildren, Avani Bell, Amari Shaw, and Aries Shaw; a sister, Judy Skinner of Paducah; a brother, Danny Floyd of Paducah; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Laura Howard and Glenda Howard; several sisters and brothers.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm on Friday, August 1, 2025, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
