Glenn Smith, aged 69, of West Paducah, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025. Born on January 8, 1956, he lived a life filled with joy and passion. A master of the dartboard, Glenn could often be found honing his skills or enjoying a friendly match with companions who shared his love for the game. He was a movie enthusiast and could tell you about any movie he has watched.
An avid fisherman, Glenn cherished the tranquility of the water and the thrill of the catch. His unwavering support for the Chicago Cubs was known to all, embodying the true spirit of a die-hard fan. His infectious enthusiasm and genuine warmth touched the lives of many. Glenn's legacy of love for his interests and the simple pleasures of life will continue to inspire those who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
Glenn is survived by his loving wife of 5 years, Sally Smith of West Paducah; two sons, Austin Smith of Tennessee, and Jacob Smith of Ohio; a step-son, Allen Himes of Southeast Asia; and a sister, Joyce.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Martha Napier Smith.
