George David Chick

George David Chick, 65, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
 
He was of the Christian faith and the owner and operator of Four Rivers Trucking.
 
David is survived by his wife of 24 years, Phyllis Hutchison Chick; his daughter, Clarice (Tim Leichtenberg) Chick; his son, David (Sara) Chick; two step-children: Melissa (Greg) Yates and Phillip “Scott” (Sonia) Osman; grandchildren: Gage Anderson, Drake Anderson Emma Grace Chick, Jordan Osman, Stone Osman, Brendan Yates, Sloane Yates, and Lincoln Yates; one great grandson: Hunter Osman; two sisters: Cheryl Lynn (Randy) Riely of Dahlgren, Illinois and Debra Kay (Anthony) Hrabusicky of Nason, Illinois and one brother, Charles Richard (Patty) Chick of Marion, Illinois, and two special uncles.
 
He was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Cordelia (Sauerhage) Owens.
 
Private family memorial services will be held at a later date.
