Gary Summers, Jr.

Gary Summers, Jr., 50, of Wickliffe, Kentucky; formerly of Jackson, Michigan, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at his home.
 
Gary was born in Jackson, Michigan on June 14, 1973.  He was of the Baptist faith.  Gary loved to cook and worked his whole life in the restaurant industry.  He was also a huge sports fan.  Since he was a child, Gary loved to play and watch sports of all types.  He took his baseball bat and glove with him everywhere he went and loved to golf with his grandfather.  As an adult, Gary wouldn’t miss a University of Michigan or New England Patriots football game or an Atlanta Braves baseball game. 
 
Gary is survived by his wife, Tammy Summers; Parents, Gary and Barbara Summers of Wickliffe; two daughters, Makayla and Autumn Summers of Jackson, Michigan and step-daughters, Chasity and Meagan Partin of Jackson, Michigan; a son, Bradley Summers of Jackson, Michigan and step-son, Aaron Partin of Jackson, Michigan; a sister, Lyndee Weston of Jackson, Michigan; and five grandchildren, Kaiden Partin, Braydin Partin, Thomas Hawley, Zendaya Partin and Blake Adamcyzk.
 
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.  Milner & Orr Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Wickliffe is in charge of arrangements.
