Edwin “Ed” Menaugh, age 83, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, October 5, 2026, at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky.
He was born on January 30, 1943, to the late Harold and Lillian Lewis Menaugh in St. Charles, Missouri.
For more than 18 years, he was a devoted member of St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, where he was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #1055. His professional path led him to a respected career as a Finance Manager with Citi Financial. Before his career in finance, Ed served his country as a United States Air Force Veteran.
Ed found joy in simple pleasures and in the companionship of familiar places and people. He liked to bowl and also bragged about his 300 perfect game in the 1970s at Cardinal Lanes. Ed also enjoyed being outside working in his yard.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia Ann Hundley Menaugh, to whom he was married for 46 years; A daughter, Terri L. Nelson of Paducah, KY; Two Grandchildren Kennedy Nelson, and Sydney Nelson of Paducah; Two sisters, Vickie Spry (Johnny) of Harrisburg, Missouri, and Karen Kinkead (Bob) of Harrisburg, Missouri; a niece Cara Douglas ( Troy) of Harrisburg Missouri; Three Nephews: Collin McBride (Angie) of Harrisburg, Missouri; J. J. Spry (Kayla) of Harrisburg, Missouri; and Josh Spry of Harrisburg, Missouri; And several great nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
