Donald "Donnie" Wigginton, Jr., aged 66, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2024. Born on March 24, 1958, in the same town that would be his lifelong home, Donnie became widely known and admired for his skillful hands, generous spirit, and adventurous soul. He spent his career as a dedicated mechanic and welder, earning the respect of his peers and the community.
An avid outdoorsman, Donnie found serenity at the lake, where he indulged in his passion for fishing. These moments by the water were some of his most cherished, providing a quiet refuge from the daily grind. His other love, riding his Harley Davidson, symbolized his indomitable spirit. With the wind against his brow and the open road ahead, he felt a boundless sense of freedom. Friends joked that Donnie was rarely seen without his signature camouflage apparel, a testament to his affable personality and trademark style.
Above all, Donnie's heart belonged to his family, whom he loved with immense fervor. His devotion to his loved ones was as endless as the stretch of highway he loved to ride. Alongside his family was his faithful dog, "Precious," a loyal companion and source of constant joy and comfort during their years together.
