Connie Gratz, age 83, of Reidland, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Clinton Place.
Connie was born in Bellaire, Ohio on October 15, 1940, to the late Rudolph “Rudy” and Helen Rakoski Krchmarsky. Connie retired with 25 years of service from Craig Housman Law Office in Paducah. She was an avid Boston Celtics and University of Kentucky basketball teams fan. Connie enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, and reading books but loved spending time with her grandchildren the most.
Connie is survived by two sons, Jason Gratz (Jennifer) of Reidland, Kentucky, and Eric Gratz (Lori) of Eddyville, Kentucky; sister, Carol Haga (Gail) of Lexington, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Luke Gratz (Kelcie) of West Paducah, Kentucky, Connor Gratz of Nashville, Tennessee, Christian Gratz of Paducah, Kentucky, and Chloe Gratz of Paducah, Kentucky; two step-grandchildren, Kelsey Potts (Michael) and Haley Riley (Cory) both of Paducah, Kentucky; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Robert Paul “Bob” Gratz; and her parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah, with the Rev. Rob Ison officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 9:30 A.M. until the service time of 11:00 A.M. on Friday, May 3, 2024, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
