Chris Bell, age 52, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 2:58 P.M. Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Chris was born in Paducah on Friday, April 16, 1971, to “Bo” and Carol Bell. He was a graduate of Paducah Tilghman High School, where he was a member of the football team and State Champion Runner-Up in Golf. He was an avid golfer, a dedicated and successful business owner, and a man of strong Christian faith. He will be remembered as a loving husband and wonderful father.
Mr. Bell is survived by his wife, Shelly Parker Bell; his daughter, Carrie Bell of Paducah; his sons, Samuel Christopher Bell and Jack Robert Bell of Paducah, John MacCauley IV of Nashville, Tennessee, and Parker MacCauley of Paducah; his parents, Robert “Bo” Shannon Bell and Carol Ann Wilkes Bell of Paducah; his sister, Caroline Koster (Josh) of Paducah; his brother, John Bell (Rebecca) of Atlanta, Georgia; his in-laws, Dr. Bill Parker (Jane); his brothers-in-law, Sam Thompson (Brookly) and Jeff Thompson, all of Paducah; his nieces and nephews, Noah, Corban, Shiloh, Ezri and Kit Koster, Emmy and Nico Bell, Dr. Sam Thompson (Jessica) and Nick Thompson (Kelsey); great nephew, Sammy Thompson, Jr; great nieces, Harper and Harlow Thompson.
A funeral mass is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday, March 18, 2024, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Fr. Brad Whistle officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 3:00-6:00 P.M. Sunday, March 17, 2024, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
