Charles M. Hatton, age 81, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away at 7:45 P.M. Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at his home.
“Mike”, as he was known to friends and family, was born in Paducah on Monday, July 6, 1941 to Edward and Betty Hatton. He served his country in the United States Air Force and was employed by General Tire in Mayfield, Kentucky. He was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church  and an avid fisherman.

Mr. Hatton is survived by his wife of 57 years, Lynda O’Nan Hatton; his daughters, Catryna Phelps of Paducah and Victoria Petway (Jake) of Calvert City, Kentucky; his sons, Charles Patrick Hatton (Lori) of Paducah, Michael Warren Hatton (Tonie) of Paducah, Timothy Hatton (Sarah) of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Joshua Hatton (Paradise) of Covington, Kentucky, Samuel Hatton of Paducah and Daniel Hatton (Amanda) of Paducah; his sister, Susan Davis (Larry) of Palma, Kentucky; his brothers, Steve Hatton (Sarah) of Georgia and Barkley Hatton (Marilyn) of Nashville, Tennessee; his 14 grandchildren; his sister-in-law, Brenda Hatton of Paducah. 
Mr. Hatton was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Lee Hatton and Betty Lee Wreck Hatton; his brothers, Nick and Phillip Hatton.

A funeral mass is scheduled for 11:00 A.M. Monday, September 19, 2022 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Fr. Brad Whistle officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 2:00-3:30 P.M. with prayers at 3:30 P.M. Sunday, September 18, 2022 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
