Brenda Kay Womack

Brenda Kay Womack passed away peacefully in her home on Thursday, April 10, 2025 in Kevil, Kentucky. Brenda was born on August 15, 1951 to her parents, Diane McNew and J.D. McNew in Van Buren, Arkansas.

Brenda will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.  She loved her husband, Paul, her family and friends with all her heart.  Brenda had a love for her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and a caring spirit and she loved fellowship with her family and friends.
 
Brenda is survived by her husband, Paul Womack of Kevil; her brother, J.D. McNew; three sons, Bryan Womack (LaCretia) of Paducah, Douglas Womack (Heidi) of Seattle, Washington and Chad Womack of Paducah; five grandchildren, Cole Womack (Vivian) of Paducah, Calley Holland (Carter) of Lexington, Kentucky, Austin Womack and Dylan Womack, both of Seattle, Washington, Chandler Womack of New York City, New York; one great-grandson, Nixon Cowsert; nephews, Jonathon Kolditz of Austin, Texas, James Kolditz of New York City, New York, Josh Kolditz of Denver, Colorado; nieces, Amy Gordon of Poplar Bluff, Missouri and Brandy Gordon of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; beloved sister-in-law, Alycia Erickson of Colorado Springs, Colorado; and many beloved cousins.
 
Brenda was preceded in death by her mother, Diane Medlock; her father, J.D. McNew; her brother, Michael McNew; her sisters, Becky McNew and Judy McNew and her great-grandson, Walker Cole Womack.
 
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at Ocker Funeral Home, 700 Jefferson Street, Van Buren, Arkansas with Eddie Hufstetler officiating.
