Bobby Joe Miller, age 76, of Arlington, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024, in Clinton, Kentucky.
Bobby was born in Lovelaceville, Kentucky, on November 21, 1947, to the late William Henry Miller and Bertha Marie Gray. He was of the Christian faith.
Bobby's life was a testament to his love for the outdoors. An avid fisherman and hunter, he spent countless hours catfishing along the Mississippi River banks, deer hunting, and watching squirrels play in his backyard. Bobby also enjoyed keeping a garden every summer and shared tomatoes with everyone around him.
Bobby's hardworking nature was apparent in the years he dedicated to Harper's Country Hams in Clinton, where he was not just an employee but a well-respected part of the team. He was known to be the family's go-to handyman, firmly believing that anything broken could be fixed with the right tools and a bit of ingenuity.
Bobby is survived by his loving daughters, Kimberly (Charlie) Alexander and Niki (Chris) Moon, both of Clinton; one sister, Eva Estes of Cairo, Illinois; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews, Bobby's spirit will continue to thrive within them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his sisters, Faye Miller and Mary Barnhill, and his brothers, Charles and Thomas Miller.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, November 23, 2024, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington with Rev. Tim Escue officiating.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Friday, November 22, 2024, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Arlington.
