Betty Jean Walker

Betty Jean Walker, 90, of Paducah, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
 
Mrs. Walker was a retired Clerk for the Illinois Central Railroad and was of the Baptist faith.
 
Betty is survived by a daughter, Regena Dianne Stokes of Adrian, Michigan; four grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
 
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Finis Edward Wilkins; her second husband, James Orval Walker; a son, Ernest Edward Wilkins; parents, William Floyd Scroggins and Mabel Dexter Allen Sturgeon; step-father, Clayton Sturgeon; a brother, Wardell Scroggins.
 
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Bob Martin officiating.  Burial will follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
 
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the service hour of 1:00 pm on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
