Ainna J. Stigall, of Gilbertsville, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at the age of 86. Born on February 14, 1938, in Columbus, Georgia, Ainna was a member of Shady Grove Baptist Church, an avid University of Kentucky Basketball fan, and after a successful career in the financial industry and at Rail Services, she retired to enjoy doting on her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Stigall is survived by her daughter, Michelle Wilson of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; her sons, Chuck Stigall (Deborah) of Gilbertsville, Kentucky, and Shane Sigall (Jennifer) of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; her brothers, Steve Maxwell (Doris) of Middleton, Tennessee, and Bob Maxwell (Marcia) of Grand Rivers, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Shanna Scales (Bob, Jr.), Christa Humphrey (Justin), Lauren Price (Alex), Lindsey Beaudoin (Tim), Kristen Cooper (Casey), and Tori Cruse (Anthony); her great-grandchildren, Chloe Reed, Jackson Powell, Braydon Powell, Izzy Cooper, Camden Beaudoin, Grayson Beaudoin, Parker Suratt, Isaac Scales, Blakely Cruse, and Annie Scales.
Mrs. Stigall was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, John T. Stigall; her parents, Charles Maxwell and Jean Harris Maxwell.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Bro. Barry Rucker officiating. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Blandville, Kentucky.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 A.M.-1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at the funeral home.
