Vickie Jean Armour

Vickie Jean Armour (Puckett), 65 of Paducah, KY, passed away after a courageous battle against cancer in her home during the afternoon of May 2, 2022. She was surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor her legacy by living their lives to the fullest.

Vickie was the life of the party, with a personality as big and bright as her smile. She was a beacon to those around her, with family and friends always drawn to her beautiful and witty presence. She enjoyed playing Bingo and competing in pool tournaments. She was happy fishing and traveling, especially to the beach, but most of all loved time spent with family and friends, especially during the holidays.

Vickie is preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Wanda (Lawson) Puckett; her sister Darlene Williams; granddaughter Patsy Hernandez; and brother-in-law Kevin Richard.

Vickie is survived by her Husband, Butch Armour, married Sept. 28, 2002. Vickie was the love of her husbands’ life. Her children Poncho HD Elder (Cat), Samantha McBride (TJ Tilley), Eric Elder Sr. (Brittany), Jeremy Armour, Christopher Armour, Joshua Armour, Jannette Guillen (Brigido Jr.) and Candice Donnelly (Shawn); her siblings Patty Hellard (Jimmy), Bob Puckett (Debbie), Sherrie Haney (Dennis), Steve Puckett (Cindy), Junior Puckett, Drema Croy (Phillip), and Michelle Richard; her grandchildren Maddison, Destiny, Kaylin, Eric Jr., Brianna, Alexis, Jaidynn, Croy, Kera, Lisa, Eric, Matthew, William, Ariana, Kenia, Mikey, Alicia, Faith; and eight great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Vickie will be held Saturday, May 7, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Bryan Braden officiating. Burial will follow at Zoar Church Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family Friday, May 6, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Saturday from 12:00 pm to service hour.
