Nancy Jo Burnett

It's with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved Nancy Jo Russell Burnett on Monday October 7th, at the age of 88.

Nancy took a piece of our hearts with her, and the world is a bit dimmer without her in it.
She was forever young at heart and found joy in always making others laugh and smile.
She loved flowers, dancing, and a crisp autumn day full of pumpkins. She told the best stories, made the best food, laughed the loudest, and gave the biggest hugs.  She loved her family fiercely, and adored Paducah, her true heart's home, where she planted her roots.
 
She has left behind her daughter Michelle, her son-in-law Joe, her granddaughter Elicia with husband Michael, her great-grandson Aiden, Ralph Burnett who she cared for deeply, her family Cyndi, Candace, Julie, Kristian, Kari, Tony, Keith, and many other nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
 
She has gone to join her four loving brothers Wayne, Mike, Aubrey and Alan, and the parents she adored, James and Ruby Russell.
 
Lastly, she is survived by the friends and connections she made in Paducah, whom she cherished, and who loved her in return.
 
The family will be mourning privately while we forever treasure the memories, love and laughter she brought into our lives.
