Michael “Mike” Steven Phillips Jr., 47, of Mayfield passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
Michael formerly worked for FedEx as a delivery driver. He loved to fish and was an avid Chicago Bears and Cubs Fan.
Surviving is his father, Michael Steven Phillips Sr.; his five children, Ashley Miller, Anthony Phillips, Molly Cook, Alyssa Phillips, Kaiden Phillips; two siblings, Lenny Phillips and Brittany Swafford; and his granddaughter, Aurora Miller.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Roberta Ann Uhl.
Memorial services will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at Pryorsburg Baptist Church located at 5958 U.S. Hwy 45 Mayfield, KY 42066.
