Michael J. Sackatook, 29, of Paducah passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Baptist Health Paducah.
Michael loved his family and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He was very proud of Native American Heritage and a member of the Menominee Tribe. He was a member of Southland Baptist Temple. He enjoyed walking and spending time with his friends. Michael had an amazing sense of humor and loved making people laugh. He was formerly an honor student at Cashmere High School in Washington. He will always be remembered for his big smile, wonderful jokes, and his laughter. Michael always had a happy demeanor no matter what he was going through in life. He and his mother had a very close bond.
Surviving is his mother, Tracy Sackatook of Paducah; six siblings, Vanessa (Adrian) LaRock of Paducah, Krista (Mark) Wring of Paducah, Dillon (Serenity) LaRock of Paducah, Sashini Sackatook of Washington, ShiShi West of Washington, Skyler Sackatook of Paducah; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Pocan; his maternal grandmother, Deloris Sackatook; his paternal grandmother, Grace Pocan; and his stepfather, Raymond Walls.
