James “Wootie” Wooten, 32 of Ledbetter passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side.
He is survived by his mother, Carol Wooten of Ledbetter. Grandmother, Mary Ann Wooten of Paducah. Aunts, Rose Poyner of Paducah, Angie (Clint) Neal of Ledbetter, Ruth Clark of Paducah, Johnnie (David) Collier of Paducah. Uncles, Michael (Michelle) Wooten of Paducah, Bobby Layne and Richard Wooten both of Paducah. Several cousins and a vast community of gaming friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Patrick Wooten. Grandparents, Authur and Geneva Childers. And grandfather, William Wooten.
Friends may visit with the family from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday August 18, 2022 at Lindsey Funeral Home. With funeral services to follow at 1 p.m. With Father Brian Johnson officiating. Entombment to follow at Maplelawn Park Cemetery.
