Eugene Henley, 78, of Kevil passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
Eugene was a retired truck driver and U.S. Army Veteran. He was a member of the VFW and American Legion and was of the Church of Christ faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and farming.
Surviving is his wife of 46 years, Helen Henley; five children, John (Felicia) Allison, Shelly Brooking, Brian Keith (Stephanie) Henley, Jason (Dawn) Allison, Chris Eugene Henley; one sister, Beatrice Cooper; four grandchildren, Tara Brooking, Matthew Henely, Perry Keith Henley, McKenzie Dawn Henley; one great-grandson, Axel Henley.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Adrian Henley and Ethel Henley; two brothers, Herman “Bud” Henley and John Henley; and one sister, Dot Willis.
Funeral services will be at 2:00pm on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at Lindsey Funeral. Burial will follow at Newton Creek Cemetery.
Friends may visit the family from 12:00pm to service hour on Sunday at the funeral home.
