Eddie Hook, 49 of Smithland passed away Tuesday November 12, 202 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY,
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Hook of Grand Rivers. One daughter, Dalylah Hook of Smithland. One stepson, Dylan Emmons of Smithland. One sister, Elaine Hook Wailgum of Grand Rivers. Two nieces, Julie and Ruthie
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Theodore and Edna Hook and father, Cleatis Earl Hook.
Friends may visit with the family 5 – 8 p.m. Monday November 18, 2024 at Smith Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday November 19, 2024, at Smith Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Tony Jennings officiating. Interment to follow at Dixon Cemetery in Grand Rivers.
