David J. Barr

David J. Barr, 69, of Ledbetter, passed away on Monday afternoon, September 29^th, 2025 at Continued Care Hospital of Paducah.

David was a retired Shipping/Receiving Manager for American Express for many years. He also was involved in many animal rescues over the years as an avid animal lover. David was also a member of the Eagles Club of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

David is survived by his devoted wife of 27 years, Kathy; one sister, Lori Barr Worbington of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond John Barr and Joan Louise Max Barr.
A Celebration of life will be held for David at a later date.
