Billie Kolb Stone

Billie Kolb Stone, 76, of Paducah, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at her home after a lengthy illness.

Billie was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her whole world revolved around her family, especially her grandsons. Billie loved to take family vacations, the trips to Florida to visit the ocean were some of her favorite memories. Billie was an avid Keith Urban fan. She worked at Paducah Water for many years before retiring. She was also of the Baptist faith.

Billie is survived by her husband, Ronnie Stone; two children, Isaac Stone and Celia (Billy Colinsky) Parrott; two grandsons, Peyton Toon and Nathan Parrott; one sister-in-law, Lydia Kolb; and two nephews, Casey and Jason Kolb.

Preceding Billie in death are her parents, Bill and Louise Kolb; two sisters, Anita Kolb and Donna Kolb; one brother, Bobby Kolb; and her niece, Allison Kolb.

A private family memorial will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Billie’s honor to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.

The family would like to express their gratitude to Mercy Hospice and Parkview Nursing and Rehab for the care and love they gave to Billie.
