Roger Lee Trover, 74, of Paducah, peacefully passed away on June 23 2024, at Mercy Health Hospital in Paducah, KY. Roger was born December 27, 1949, in Clinton, IN, to the late Cloyd Jr. and Fern Trover.
Roger was a Moose Legionnaire at Moose Lodge #285 in Paducah. He found solace in the simple joys of fishing, camping, and singing karaoke but above all else, he cherished his family with unwavering love and dedication.
He is survived by his two daughters, Leanne Trover-Lewis (Craig) of Benton and LaShaunda Moore (Ricky) of Paducah; his brother, Donald Trover (Jana) of Paducah; his significant other, Helen Ort of Paducah; and his two beloved grandchildren, McKenna Moore and Devin Moore.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Keeling & Goodman Funeral Home in Paducah. The Funeral Service will take place the following day on Thursday, June 27, 2024, starting at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, with Jonathan Goodman officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Paducah.
In addition to his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his sisters, Patricia "Patty" Hines and Carolyn Trover.
