Marissa Beth Caldwell, age 48, of Hermitage, TN, a wife, daughter, and friend, was born on June 29, 1976, in Paducah, Kentucky. She passed away at her residence on December 26, 2024.
Marissa was a proud graduate of Reidland High School, where she laid the foundation for her future aspirations. She pursued her passion for beauty and wellness by studying cosmetology.
Marissa knew the Lord and found strength and comfort in her beliefs.
She is survived by her husband, William Caldwell of Tennessee; her father, Donald Travis (Teresa) of Grand Rivers; her mother, Patricia A. Case (Jeff) of Paducah; her brothers, Michael B. Travis (Melissa) of Benton and Collin W. Travis of Benton; her sister, Haily N. Travis of Benton; her maternal grandmother, Betty Tucker of Paducah; her aunt, Theresa Tucker of Paducah; and her uncle, Mark Tucker (Karin) of Paducah. Marissa was also an aunt to her nephews, Carson Travis and Shea Travis, and her nieces, Addison Travis and Chaney Travis.
Marissa was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Pauline Travis, and her maternal grandfather, Robert Tucker. Their memories will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration for her family.
As we celebrate Marissa's life, we honor the indelible mark she left on the hearts of those she loved.
