Nakisha Kite

Nakisha Louise Kite, 42, of Hardin, KY,  passed away on March 4, 2026 at the Murray-Calloway County Hospital.

She was born on October 3, 1983 in Rutherford, NC.  Nakisha loved doing remodel jobs with her brother and riding horses but more than anything she loved her family.  She will be dearly missed.

Nakisha is survived by her father, Johnny Forrest Kite, and her mother, Sarah Elizabeth Kite, both of Hardin, Kentucky. She is also survived by her brother, Johnny Dwayne Kite of Murray, Kentucky, her best friend. In addition, she leaves behind her children, Jarusha Rose Kite of Hardin, Kentucky, Kabrina Kite of Missouri, Kendra Alley of Mooresboro, North Carolina, Arthur Chad Gage Lee of Blackburg, South Carolina, and Olivia and Zoey of Spartanburg, South Carolina; her grandmother, Thelma Alley of Mooresboro, North Carolina; her uncle, Gary Wayne Thompson (Jennifer) of Forest City, North Carolina; her aunt, Jennie Rojo of Hickory, North Carolina; her close friend, Neina Vanlente of Murray, Kentucky; and Janie and Billy Herrin of Georgia. She is also survived by several other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
