Martha Waldrop

Mrs. Martha Waldrop, 80 of Murray, passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 at Spring Creek Healthcare in Murray.

Mrs. Waldrop was born on December 26, 1944 in Graves County, KY to the late A.D. and Ruth Johnson.  She worked as a realtor in Calloway County and was a member of Poplar Spring Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Tommy and Bobby Johnson and two sisters, Brenda Arnold and Jean Foster.

Those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband of almost 60 years, Mr. Bobby Waldrop of Murray; two sons, Rick Waldrop of Murray and Scott Waldrop of Benton; two daughters, Tammy Dunn (Tracy) of Murray and Sandy Guild of Gulf Port, MS; six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

The funeral service honoring the life of Mrs. Martha Waldrop is set for 11 am on Saturday, March 29, 2025 at the Heritage Chapel of Imes Funeral Home, 1804 Highway 121 Bypass North, Murray.  Rob Ison and Ricky Stewart will officiate and burial will follow at Murray Memorial Gardens.

Her family welcomes visitors from 5 pm until 7 pm on Friday, March 28, 2025 at the Heritage Chapel.
