Janice L. Morris

Mrs. Janice L. Morris, 80, of Murray, passed away on Friday, October 20, 2023 at Spring Creek Healthcare.

Janice was born on February 15, 1943 in Mayfield, KY to the late J.L. Holmes and Mary Wallace.  Mrs. Morris had a passion for flowers and gardening.  She will be dearly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Aaron Morris; a son, Nicky Morris and a sister, Diane Henderson.

Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Tina Phillips (Shane); grandsons, Bryan Preston (Katie), Brett Preston (Billie Jo); great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Briley, Tatem, Kylee, Caleb, Kaitlyn, Alexis, Leighton; sisters, Patricia Gupton, Linda Shropshire (Jim), Jody Leech (Howard), Nikita Turner (Russell).

A memorial service honoring Mrs. Janice Morris is set for 12 pm on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the Heritage Chapel of Imes Funeral Home, 1804 Highway 121 Bypass North.  Sammy Cunningham will officiate.

Her family welcomes visitors from 10 am - 12 pm on Thursday, October 26, 2023 at the funeral home.
