James Phillips

Mr. James "Jim" Phillips, 67, of Hardin, KY, passed away on Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at Murray Calloway County Hospital.

Mr. Phillips was born on April 1, 1956 in Paducah, KY to the late James C. Phillips and Nancy Needham Phillips.  Jim worked for McCartney Produce for 40 years before retiring.  He was of Baptist faith.  Jim was loved and will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Oscar and Daniel Phillips and one sister, Nan Oliver.

Those left to cherish many wonderful memories include his loving wife of 47 years, Mrs. Dena Phillips of Hardin; a son, Michael Phillips and wife, Tracey of Boaz; two daughters, Natalie Taylor of Dexter, Jennifer Wyman and husband, Matt of Ledbetter; two sisters, Bonnie Bullard of Paducah, Dar Dalton and husband, Dickie of Ledbetter; grandchildren, Ian (Samantha), Matt, Michael Alan, Josh (Liz), Hannah (Brittney), Everett, Jonah.  He also leaves behind two great grandchildren, Ava and Lydia as well as many nieces and nephews and his beloved dog, Blossom 

A graveside service is set for 11 am on December 8, 2023 at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens in Paducah, KY.
