Wilma Louise Ramage, 88, of Paducah passed away on Sunday, March 15, 2026, at Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation in Paducah.
Wilma was a homemaker and a member of Lola Pentecostal Church in Lola, KY.
She is survived by one son, Davant Ramage (Dawn) of Boaz; one daughter, Lori Fleming of Benton; one brother, Dennis Black (Lois) of Carrsville; five grandchildren, Alaina Ramage, Austin Ramage (Kaler), Alex Ramage, Matthew Fleming (Paige), and Brent Fleming (Kellison); and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Orville Lester and Zona (Waggoner) Black; one brother, Douglas Black; and one sister, Betty Quertermous.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Lola Pentecostal Church in Lola, KY.
Graveside service will follow at Carrsville Cemetery in Livingston County, KY, with Bro. Tim Fouts officiating.
