Steven Edward Davis passed away on January 30, 2025, at Baptist Health of Paducah, KY at the age of 69. His parents were James Davis & Mildred McLemore
Davis.
Steve was a member of the Lone Oak Church of Christ. He was also a member of LIUNA Laborers Local 1241. Steve worked several jobs over the years. He enjoyed driving his BMW and called it his baby. In Steve’s free time, he enjoyed bowling, fishing, studying Kentucky Criminal Law, reading his Bible and taking care of his cat. He loved listening to Elvis and knew all of his songs by heart. He supported our local sheriff’s department on a personal level. All who truly knew Steve knew that he saw the world in his own way.
Steve is survived by his sister, Carol Smith (Daryl), one brother, Jimmy Davis (Karen), his sister-in-law, Luisa Davis, and several nieces and nephews.
Steve was proceeded in death by his parents and brother, David Davis.
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Paul Wingfield officiating. Burial will follow at Marshall County Memory Gardens in Benton.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Tuesday at the funeral home.
