Sharon Kay Gipson

Sharon Kay Gipson, 69, of Symsonia passed away on Friday, September 15, 2023 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, TN.
 
Ms. Gipson was a Cook at local restaurants, and she was of the Baptist faith.
 
She is survived by two daughters, Taressa (Jeff) Morton of Adrian, MI, Jessica (William) Baker of Symsonia; one brother, Raymond Lee Gipson of Tupelo, MS; two sisters, Delores (James) Willingham of Symsonia, Crystal (Chad) Barber of Lynnville, KY; four grandchildren, Allyah Baker, Lindsay Baker, Alexis Morton, Brittany Morton; three great-grandchildren, Asher Baker, Collins Hamdan, Jaxon Hamdan; best friend, Edna “Boog” Antonites.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Gipson and Christine (Alexander) Crooks.
 
Memorial visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah.
