Robert Wray Thomas

Robert Wray Thomas, age 60, passed away surrounded by loved ones on Sunday, June 23rd, 2024 at Lourdes Hospital in Paducah, Kentucky. He was born September 25th, 1963 in Richmond, Indiana. Rob was the proud owner of environmental remediation businesses throughout his lifetime.
 
His love for golf was superseded only by his passion for travelling the country, especially to see one of the many Rolling Stones "final tours." He was a kind and generous man who loved his family.
 
He is survived by his only child, Lauren Hulen and son-in-law Alex Hulen, mother Wathalene Rasner, sister Paula Lucas and brother-in-law Joe Lucas, brother Dan Thomas and sister-in-law Veronica Thomas, sister-in-law Kitty Thomas, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was excited to become a Grandpa for the first time to Harvey Hulen.
 
He is predeceased by his brother, Chuck Thomas, and father, Duane Thomas.
 
Family, friends, and others whose lives Rob touched are invited to a memorial visitation at the Calvert City Country Club, 123 Country Club Lane, Calvert City, KY 42029, from 12:00p.m.-2:00p.m. on Sunday, June 30th, 2024, to support each other and celebrate Rob's life.
 
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959 in his memory.
