Paula Jean Herrington, 78, of Calvert City passed away at 11:40 AM on Friday, February 21, 2025 at The Neighborhood at Paducah Assisted Living facility.
Mrs. Herrington was a LPN for 30 years at Western Baptist Hospital and she was a member at Broadway Baptist Church in Paducah.
She is survived by her husband, Charles Robert Herrington of Calvert City; one son, Charles Lee (Kathy) Herrington of Scottsboro, AL; one daughter, Teresa (David) Waddell of Calvert City; two brothers, Jimmy Parkhill Jr. of Paducah, Larry Parkhill of Arizona; four grandchildren, Chad Herrington, Tyler Waddell, Cayla Herrington, Cody Herrington; three great-grandchildren, Levi Herrington, Paisley Herrington, Raelyn Ann Waddell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jimmy Parkhill and Frances (Williams) Parkhill; one great-granddaughter, Abiah Herrington.
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Rev. Stan Durrett officiating. Burial will follow at Leonard Cemetery in Calvert City.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 1, 2025 at the funeral home.
