Norma Lou Gill

Norma Lou Gill, 98, of LaCenter, passed away at 4:36 PM on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at her residence.
 
Mrs. Gill was a homemaker, and she was of the Baptist faith.
 
She is survived by four sons, Rodney Grantham of Villa Ridge, IL, Stanley Grantham of Paducah, Ted Grantham of West Paducah, Max Grantham of La Center; one sister, Janice Kay Yancey of Paducah; 6 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Marion Gill; father, Charles Roy Cooper; mother, Sarah Dallice Cooper; two brothers, Charles “Buddy” Cooper, Jimmy Franklin Cooper.
 
Graveside services will begin at 2:00 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Oscar Cemetery in La Center with Bro. Ryan Baker officiating.
 
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah.
 
The family wants to give special thanks to her caregivers, Ladrenda Grantham, Lori Bailey, Jennifer Teeters, Francis Duncan, and Mercy Lourdes Hospice.
