Michael J. Scales

Michael J. Scales, 55, of Almo passed away at 10:40 AM on Wednesday, May 15, 2024 at Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
 
Mr. Scales was a Truck Driver and a member of East Baptist Church in Paducah.
 
He is survived by his wife, Kathy J. (Dyson) Scales of Almo, KY; one son, Michael (Kate) Wolfe of Raymond, NH; two daughters, Courtney Hale of Almo, KY, Julie Mohs of Paducah; four brothers, William Scales, Edward Scales Jr., David Scales, Paul Scales; three sisters, Kim Reed, Debbie Burns, Shirley Mansur; eight grandchildren, Chelsea, Breanna, Noah, Kimberly, Becca, Chris, Wyatt, Brielle; several nieces and nephews.
 
He was preceded in death by his mother, Lena (Tucker) Scales; two brothers, Jimmy McIntrye, Johnny McIntrye; one sister, Roxanne Scales.
 
Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM on Monday, May 20, 2024 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Bro. Michael Wooley officiating.
 
Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Monday at the funeral home.
