Michael Corey Finnell

Michael Corey Finnell, 46, of Mayfield passed away at 3:00 AM on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at his residence.
 
Mr. Finnell was a self-employed Roofer, and he was of the Baptist faith.
 
He is survived by his father, Michael O. (Jackie) Finnell of Mayfield; Debbie (Larry) Beckman of Metropolis; one son, Michael K. Finnell of Hopkinsville; one daughter, McKinzey Wheeler of Hopkinsville; one brother, Adam (Stacy) Finnell of Mayfield; one step-brother, Jeremy (Valerie) Nimmo of Paducah; one sister, Ashley (Marland) Riley of Paducah; two step-sisters, Jessica (Brad) Marshall of Fancy Farm, Lisa (Steve) Graves of Metropolis; several nieces and nephews.
 
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Owen and Lillian Finnell; maternal grandparents, Wanda Krone and Vernon Childers Jr.
 
Graveside services will begin at 5:00 PM on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Fooks Cemetery in Possum Trot with Bro. Jim Boyd officiating with the burial to follow.
 
Visitation will be held from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah.
