Kent "Kenny" Eugene Culp

Kent “Kenny” Eugene Culp, 65, of Paducah passed away at 5:10 AM on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Parkview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Paducah.
 
Mr. Culp was a Sports Referee, an avid UK Basketball Fan, member of Free Gospel Church of Paducah, received an Associate in Science from PCC, 1976 graduate from Paducah Tilghman High School, School Bus Driver for McCracken County, Manager at Thom McAn Shoe store in Paducah, member of KHSAA, Referee and Umpired in Region 1 & 2.
 
He is survived by his companion, Mary Vannerson of Paducah; brother, Darrell (Renee) Massey of Paducah; two sisters, Sondra Waltmon of Paducah, Ginger Culp of Paducah; three nephews, Ryan Massey, Jason Massey, Shannon Waltmon; one niece, Shirlonda Edwards; several great nieces and nephews.
 
He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard Eugene Culp and Willie Mae “Jiggs” (Chambers) Matheny.
 
Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 27, 2024 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Bro. Jim Boyd officiating. Entombment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum in Paducah.
 
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, April 26, 2024 at the funeral home.
