Jerry “Slick” Jones, 74, of Paducah passed away at 8:31 am on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at Baptist Health in Paducah.
Jerry was a Laborer at the Local Union 1214 and he was a member of Senior Citizens Center of Paducah.
He is survived by four daughters, Misty Sisson of Paducah, Terri (Brad) Probus of Smithland, Candi Wickey-Miller and husband Robbie of Boaz, Kayla Jones of Paducah; 11 grandchildren, Michael, Tyler, Courtney, Harold, Evi, Dennis, Skylee, Kaymin, Ella, Waylon, Riverlynn; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Norman Jones and Edith Mae (Hardin) Jones; three brothers, Larry Jones, Joe Jones, Jewell Jones; two sisters, Jean Powell, Joyce Bonds; one great-granddaughter, Kimberly Rose Draffen.
Funeral services will begin at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 9, 2025 at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah with Dennis Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Kenton Cemetery in Paducah.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to service time on Sunday at the funeral home.
