Ronald R. Reynolds,45, of Gilbertsville, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at his place of residence.
Ronald was born on September 11, 1979, to the late Jimmy Reynolds and Esther Ballard Birmingham, in Joliet, Illinois. Ronald dedicated many years as a hardworking truck driver. His devotion to his work was matched only by his passion for the outdoors. An avid fisherman and hunter, Ronald found joy in the embrace of nature. His love for his family was unmatched, and he enjoyed any time spent with his children and grandchildren. Ronald was married to Rachel, the love of his life for eighteen years, and they were just as in love after eighteen years as the day they met.
Ronald is survived by his wife, Rachel Adams Reynolds of Gilbertsville, Kentucky; two daughters, Jasmine Chancellor (Daniel Crawford) of Calvert City, Kentucky and Abigail “Abby” Reynolds of Union City, Tennessee; three sons, James Freeman of Calvert City, Kentucky, James A. Chancellor, III (Renee) of Victoria, Texas and Jordan Reynolds of Bardwell, Kentucky; one sister, Alice Bowles (Joe) of Arlington, Kentucky; two brothers, Dennis Brown (Sue) of Bardwell, Kentucky, and Chris Brown (Christina) of Odessa, Texas; six grandchildren, Julia Chancellor, Josiah Chancellor, Hunter Adams, Jason Adams, RaeLynn Crawford and Kenleigh Vanbrocklin.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Billie Stoggins; and his parents, Jimmy Reynolds and Esther Ballard Birmingham.
