Harriet St. Clair Robertson Solomon passed away peacefully on the 18th of November, 2024, at Mercy Health - Lourdes Hospital. Born on August 24th, 1942, her life was a tapestry of devotion to her family, her faith, and her country.
A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Harriet embodied the spirit of service and carried it throughout her life. As a dedicated homemaker and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she inspired many through her involvement in the Women's Relief Society. Her strong will and kindness were the hallmark of her character.
Harriet's passions included crafting masterpieces and cherishing her beloved grandchildren and animals. Her unwavering love and joyful spirit will remain a source of strength for all who knew her.
Harriet is survived by one son, Chris Solomon of Ledbetter; one sister, Janet Gail Kimmel of Belgrade, Montana; two granddaughters, Victoria Solomon Ellis (Derek) and Kellan Solomon; and her great-grandson, Wylder Layne Ellis.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Katherine Robertson; one daughter, Teresa Gail Solomon; one sister, Nancy Ellen Lal; and one brother, Robin Sutton Robertson.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann, 1003 Poplar St., Benton, KY 42025, with Anthony Harper officiating. Burial will follow at Marshall County Memory Gardens.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the 1:00 pm service time on Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann, 1003 Poplar St., Benton, KY 42025.
