Harold Francis Wooten, 63, of Benton, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at the Ray & Kay Eckstein Hospice Care Center in Paducah.
Harold was born on February 25, 1962, in Kansas City, Kansas, to the late Harold and Arveda Pearl Wooten. He was a skilled craftsman who spent 38 years working construction, building homes, before retiring. When he wasn’t working, Harold enjoyed watching wrestling and football on TV, going to watch the demolition derby, and relaxing while trying to catch some fish. His family was the cornerstone of his life. More than anything else, Harold loved spending time with his entire family and going places with his two grandchildren.
He is survived by one son, Arthur Wooten (Travis McDonald) of Benton; one daughter-in-law, Jessica Wooten of Benton; one sister, Teresa Randall of Monet, Missouri; his two grandchildren, Thomas Wooten and Addison Wooten; his first wife, Christine Drotar Wooten; and his dear friend, Lorie Williams.
He was preceded in death by five sisters, Doris Wooten, Anna Hickcox, Lucille Allison, Helen Garrett, and Sandy Ditio; two brothers, Tommy Everett and Terry Everett; and his parents, Harold Wooten and Arveda Pearl Myers Wooten.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann, 1003 Poplar Street, Benton, KY 42025.
A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at the Life Celebration Center of Filbeck-Cann.
