William "Bill" Lee Morris

William "Bill" Lee Morris, 70 of Benton, Kentucky died on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Murray-Calloway Co. Hospital in Murray, Kentucky.

Born Tuesday, March 9, 1954 in Anna, Illinois, he was the son of the late James Morris and the late Opal Jennings Galloway. He was the owner and operator of Morris Automotive Outlet. Bill loved the Lord, he also enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing golf. But most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family, watching the grandkids playing volleyball, baseball and basketball.

Surviving are his wife of 44 years, Tammy Morris; son, William Lee Morris, Jr.; daughters, Stacy Le'Gette (Gee), Lacretia McGinn and Ashley Han (Jeremy); 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and the 7th on the way.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Bobby Morris, Danny Morris, Joe Morris and Rick Morris, and sister, Darlene Burgandine.

There will be no services at this time.
