Wanda Nichols Story

Mrs. Wanda Nichols Story, 73, of Albany, peacefully passed away into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at her home.

A visitation and viewing will be held on Friday, November 22, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Hall & Hall Funeral Home. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. (CST) Sunday, November 24, 2024, in the Marshall County Memory Gardens, in Benton, KY.

Born on November 5, 1951, in Newton, MS, Mrs. Story was the daughter of the late Boyce Nichols and Esther Jennings Nichols. She worked as a LPN for many years with different doctors and hospitals in the Indianapolis, Indiana and Albany Georgia area. She enjoyed cooking and gardening, but most of all loved spending time with her family and friends. Wanda was a member of Liberty Baptist Church of Albany, GA for many years. A loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend Wanda will be greatly missed.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband of 54 years, Frank G. Story of Albany, GA; her children, Edosha Hatcher of Albany, Cassandra Adams and Chuck of Lizella, and Paula Higginbotham of Sylvester; 8 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.
